PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
We specialise in medium density developments, consisting of but not limited to Mixed Use, Retail and Residential. The development company is responsible for:
- Purchasing a development opportunity
- Engaging the external design consultants & town planners
- Coordinating external sales and marketing team
- Obtaining the development approval
- Working with our internal construction company regarding building program, finishes, design implementation and furnishing of apartment and project budgets
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Provides on-site services to maintain the buildings under management.
- Manages over 200 apartments for investors in our built projects
- Provides the option for investors to have their apartments managed in a short term accommodation pool or permanent rental pool
- We manage the rental of investment apartments in line with the individual circumstances of our owners
CONSTRUCTION
TMF Constructions co-ordinates the design team to ensure the development is designed within the principal project requirements (PPR).
- Responsible for the delivery of the development and obtaining the local authority and title registration
- Provides 12 month maintenance and warranties for the buildings (industry standard is normally 3 months)
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Manages over 4000m2 of commercial space, including end of trip facilities and function rooms.
- Maintains and co-ordinates the servicing of the buildings on a day to day basis
- End of trip facilities in some buildings including showers, changing amenities, towel services etc
- TMF Constructions undertakes the design and construction of the fit out works required for all the function rooms and commercial office spaces for the Forrester Properties Group
INVESTMENT
Forrester Properties Group retains an investment interest in each of our developments: this provides the investor with peace of mind knowing that the developer still has skin in the game. Forrester Properties Group also retains the on-site management rights of our residential projects for a minimum of 5 years, depending on the property.
Retail PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Manages retail space, including coffee shops, restaurants, day spas and gyms.
- Maintains and co-ordinates the servicing of the buildings on a day to day basis
- TMF Constructions undertakes the design and construction of the fit out works required for all the retail, day spas, gyms and restaurants for the Forrester Properties Group
